Blow Mold Technician Mon - Fri

Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex blow mold and production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to accurately diagnose and resolve issues
• Respond quickly to equipment and process concerns, prioritizing preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) work
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and pre-season equipment checks
• Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues
• Participate in daily maintenance activities, as well as planned shutdowns, overhauls, and deep cleaning events
• Follow up on previous repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly and issues are fully resolved
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols
• Identify and report safety or operational hazards; partner with EHS and Maintenance leadership to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance and projects
• Provide updates on workload, project progress, and any schedule impacts or concerns
• Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials
• Support the development and improvement of maintenance SOPs
• Contribute to short- and long-term maintenance planning initiatives
• Accurately document and track all work performed
• Perform other related duties as needed
