The ideal candidate uses strong critical-thinking skills, follows evidence-based standards of practice, proactively identifies and solves problems, adheres to all clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics, and consistently provides care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency.What We OfferFlexible 10-hour shifts (market-based)3-4 shifts per week, including every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday)Extra shift pay if you elect to pick up additional shifts1:1 patient ratio: see 7-10 patients per shiftCompetitive compensation with quarterly and annual bonusesComprehensive benefits, including CME and license assistanceOnsite training and growth opportunitiesCompany vehicle, malpractice, and liability coverageWhat You'll DoDeliver in-home acute and high-acuity carePerform comprehensive health assessments, and diagnose and treat mild to complex illnessesAnalyze test data to diagnose, treat and arrange appropriate follow-up for the patient to ensure continuity of care.Provide procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, and IV therapyOrder and interpret point-of-care diagnostics and imagingEducate patients and families on treatment and follow-up careNavigate goals-of-care and end-of-life conversations as neededDocument accurately and adhere to clinical standardsWhat You'll NeedCurrent, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practiceMinimum of two years of experience as an APP in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital, Family Practice, Cardiac, Pulmonary or other relevant areasNational board certification (current)Current BLS / ACLS certificationPrescriptive authority and DEA (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire; assistance provided)Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
