Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitting Lead to join our dynamic team in Carrollton, TX. As a Kitting Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the pre-weighing, batching, and kitting processes to ensure efficiency and quality in our operations. If you have a passion for leadership and a strong background in compounder and batching processes, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of operators in the pre-weighing, batching, and kitting processes.
- Ensure all materials are accurately weighed and prepared according to specifications.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues that arise.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of compounder, batching, and pre-weighing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
