Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise for Cath Lab services, acting as a mentor and resource.
• Oversee orientation and training for department staff to ensure competence in quality patient care.
• Collaborate with department leadership in planning staff needs and development.
• Participate in continued education and training for Cath Lab procedures.
• Utilize Cerner charting system effectively for accurate patient documentation.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding shift cancellations and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of California required.
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required.
• Experience in critical care or procedural areas preferred.
• Previous educational experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work 5x8 hour shifts with no call required.
• BSN not required, but preferred.
