Do you have a passion for basketball and a desire to make a meaningful impact on children? We are seeking an experienced and energetic Basketball Coach to lead engaging afterschool sessions that help students build athletic skills, teamwork, discipline, and confidence—while having fun!

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or instruction-based setting
• Ability to manage and engage groups of elementary-aged students and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons
• Must pass a criminal records check and fingerprint background check
• Plan and deliver interactive basketball sessions for elementary students
• Teach fundamental basketball skills, rules of the game, and sportsmanship.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment on and off the court.
• Collaborate with site staff to ensure smooth session transitions and student supervision.
• Contractors may have the opportunity to rotate between different sites in the South Fulton area (short distances apart).

Details:

• Flexible schedule options: 2 to 4 days per week, rotating schedule
• Hours: Varies between 3:00 - 6:30 pm, depending on site and schedule.
• Duration: 4 to 12 weeks depending on activities planned
• Pay: $35-$50 per hour
• Location: South Fulton
