• Level III NICU with high-risk perinatal services
\n • Dedicated mother-baby suites and breastfeeding resource center
\n • Collaborative OB and nursing teams focused on quality and safety

OBHG Hospitalists practice as in-house experts— no clinic, no call, and no administrative duties .

Schedule Highlights
\n • 5–7 (up to 8) 24-hour shifts per month
\n • 20+ days off each month
\n • Guaranteed shifts with flexible scheduling
