Med Care Manager

As a Medication Aide/Med Tech, you are responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents accurately and safely, ensuring dignity and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Administer medications following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document medication administration promptly in MAR/TAR Monitor residents during and after medication passes, observing symptoms and responding to concerns Report refusals or health changes immediately Maintain medication carts and rooms in a clean, organized manner Complete narcotic counts as per policy and adhere to infection control and safety standards Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED and age 18+ Medication Administration certification, CPR, and First Aid certifications Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred experience in senior care Impact Your role is vital in preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and ensuring resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Live Well Homecare
