Registered Nurse (RN) Where Clinical Care Meets Work-Life Balance

This is relationship-based care where you support individuals in living meaningful, independent lives in a group home setting. You will use your clinical expertise, but also your heart.
Responsible for completing annual Nursing Assessments for each residential individual. Conduct quarterly choking assessments for each individual in day only and residential programs identified as high risk. Review all dietary changes for day only and residential programs. Conduct specialized training for new hire orientations and on-going as needed. Review medications charts, labs and medication counts to ensure accuracy within the group home. Assisting group homes with primary care physician or other doctors as needed. Review charts to ensure all required documentation has been received.

The Registered Nurse reports directly to the Director of Nursing. The RN will provide nursing support in a hybrid capacity, both field, office and remote as needed covering programs in Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland and Atlantic County. Salary: $77,445-80,000. Active RN license in New Jersey. One year of nursing experience preferred, but New Grads will also be considered. Previous professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Passion for working with adults with developmental disabilities or willingness to learn. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Compassion, patience, and advocacy mindset.
