Job Description:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with Germany regulations and the company's international reporting standards.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain a strong internal control system to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Tax Compliance: Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with Germany tax regulations, filing accurate tax returns, and minimizing tax liabilities while adhering to legal requirements.
• Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and intercompany transactions, while streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
• CashFlow Management: Monitor cash flow activities, optimize working capital, and maintain healthy liquidity levels to support business growth and investment opportunities

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Major in Finance, Business, HR, Management, etc.)；
• At least 8 years relevant working experience；
• Fluent in German and English is a must, Chinese is considered a plus；
• Proficiency with SAP preferred.
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
