Travel 1+ years experience as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (BCLC) - Equivalent Certs NOT accepted [Required] A MINIMUM of 2500 hours as a breast-feeding consultant [REQUIRED] Experience with inpatient lactation programs [required] Outpatient prenatal and postpartum lactation education, consultations and/or teaching experience [required] Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred] CERTS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. PLEASE INCLUDE IN PROFILE.

FACILITY WILL NOT PEND UPON OFFER - This is non-negotiable Perm address must be included with profile Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer.
