Laboratory General Supervisor
Clariti Diagnostics Laboratories
Clariti Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Laboratory General Supervisor to provide technical leadership for our moderate-complexity clinical laboratory. This position is ideal for an experienced MLS/MLT who enjoys leading laboratory operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvements without the responsibilities of personnel management. Responsibilities Perform daily testing Provide technical oversight of daily laboratory operations. Ensure compliance with CLIA, COLA, CMS, and laboratory quality standards. Oversee quality control, proficiency testing, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting. Perform method validations, verifications, and technical investigations. Assist with SOP development, competency assessments, and staff technical training. Support molecular/PCR testing and implementation of new laboratory technologies. Partner with the Laboratory Director and Director of Operations to maintain efficient, high-quality laboratory services. Required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Science (MLS/CLS). ASCP (MLT or MLS/MT) certification (or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience. Strong knowledge of CLIA and quality management system Preferred COLA accreditation or inspection experience. PCR/Molecular diagnostics experience. Experience with method validation, quality assurance, and instrument troubleshooting. Previous experience serving in a lead or senior technical laboratory role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
