Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)

As a clinical leader and advocate, your role encompasses:

Clinical Assessment: Conduct head-to-toe assessments and initiate interventions to prevent re-hospitalization.
Interdisciplinary Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between physicians and families to meet person-centered goals.
Treatment Oversight: Manage complex medications and IV therapies with 100% documentation accuracy.
Supervision: Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs.
Compliance: Ensure all charting meets IDPH standards and federal CMS guidelines as a Registered Nurse (RN) .

Qualifications

Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
Experience: Strong clinical background in skilled nursing or sub-acute care is highly valued.
Leadership: Ability to prioritize high-acuity tasks and mentor junior staff effectively.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and digital tools.
