Lead Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Brown House Properties Waterville, Maine Brown House Properties, a family owned and well-established property management company, is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Waterville, Maine office! The Maintenance Technician will work independently as well as part of a team to keep our properties running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as facilities repairs, as well as occasional painting, cleaning, and light landscaping.
