Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of quality and service
Lead and motivate a dynamic team to deliver an enthusiastic and fun customer experience
Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance to maximize profitability

Leadership and Team Development

Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled staff
Foster a positive and loving workplace culture that encourages growth and teamwork
Implement effective communication strategies across all departments

Customer Experience Excellence
