Level II Professional Services Technician
Availability Professional Staffing has partnered with an IT Managed Service Provider in their search for a talented Professional Services Engineer II to join their office in Stanislaus County. A passion for IT and supporting a team are a MUST! Pay Rate: $68k-78k DOE Benefits: Health, Supplemental Insurance, 401K, PTO and Profit Sharing Location: Stanislaus County
Work with the VP of Technical Services on projects, system maintenance, and documenting for the Service Desk. Solve technical problems that are passed on from the Service Desk.
Skills Needed:
- Set up and manage servers, virtual machines, and networks
- Basic firewall, WiFi, and backup system setup
- Windows, Exchange, and SQL server management
- Understand networking and solve common issues
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure servers and systems
- Handle cloud migrations (email, file sharing)
- Assist with client onboarding and documentation
- Handle escalated issues from the Service Desk
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
- Pay: $68,000 to $78,000 per year based on experience
- Profit-sharing and 401(k) matching after one year
