RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Must have some ICU experience (1-2 ratings on checklist for a screen through). They will NOT be floating to the ICU, just often upgrade and manage this level of care in PACU. We receive patients directly from the OR, EP Lab, Endo, IR, MRI and patients that are ICU who need to be recovered before being admitted to the units.PACU is a varied and challenging practice environment where recovery may take 30 to 90 minutes, depending on when patient reaches the criteria for discharge to Phase ll, home, post op tower or ICU.Nights and w/ends we recover as well as discharge Phase II patients.
