This role supports a 500-bed facility featuring specialized units including a 42-bed NICU and a 14-bed Pediatric ICU. The position operates on a night schedule, with a 7-on/7-off rotation from Wednesday through Tuesday, offering a consistent rhythm for work-life balance.
