Ramani Dentistry is entering an exciting new chapter of growth, expanding our services to include Digital Smile Design (DSD) and strengthening our role as a Wellness Partner in our patients' oral health journey. We are seeking a Dental Patient Advocate to join our team in Novi, MI.

Pay: This full-time opportunity offers $20 - $25 per hour , based on experience.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR DENTAL PATIENT ADVOCATE:

This full-time position follows a schedule of Monday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with some flexibility to work one Saturday per month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

YOUR ROLE AS A DENTAL PATIENT ADVOCATE:

As a Dental Patient Advocate, you will create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for patients from the moment they contact or visit the practice. You will greet patients warmly in person and over the phone, manage and optimize the appointment schedule, and ensure bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling are handled with precision and foresight. Throughout the day, you will verify insurance eligibility, process payments, and meticulously maintain accurate and confidential patient records within the practice management software. You will answer and direct multi-line phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and work closely with the clinical team to help create a seamless patient experience. As part of a growing practice embracing Digital Smile Design and innovative technology, you will contribute to a positive, productive environment while supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• At least 1 year of dental experience (non-negotiable)
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong, demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential patient information
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive, productive environment
