About the Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for moving and handling palletized materials, picking and packing orders, assisting with inbound and outbound freight, operating manual and electric pallet jacks, and supporting various warehouse operations. Your role will ensure efficient, safe, and organized warehouse processes, contributing to a collaborative team.


Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour, with potential to earn more after transitioning to a permanent position.


Available Shift Times
Second and third shifts, primarily working Monday through Thursday, with potential flexibility based on operational needs.


Key Responsibilities

• Moving and handling palletized materials safely throughout the warehouse
• Picking and verifying products based on work instructions
• Assisting with inbound and outbound freight activities
• Loading, unloading, staging, and organizing warehouse items
• Operating manual and electric pallet jacks as needed
• Supporting receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Key Requirements

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or light industrial experience preferred
• Familiarity with pallet jacks is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Dependable with attendance and full-time availability
• Ability to work physically throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and a valid work authorization
