Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ years’ experience required
• Acute and ortho experience required
• NM PT license can be pending at time of submittal, however, start date must be within 6 weeks at time of submittal. NM PT license must result before start.
• DPT preferred

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: 0800-1630
• Days of the Week: Monday - Friday
• Floating required
• Flexibility required on weekend availability. Occasional weekend coverage may be needed depending on hospital needs.
