Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy Ophthalmology Practice you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients as they arrive.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Qualifications:
* customer service experience.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but will train
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
