Supervisor Laboratory Section - Hematology - Full Time - Days - 8hr FPH

Job Summary Work under the direct supervision of the Director of Laboratory Services and the Medical Director(s) of the Laboratory. Plan and organize workflow for designated campus, provide technical expertise, general supervision of personnel, and maintain regulatory compliance in the laboratory section of responsibility. Perform all functions of Lab Testing for the respective area and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Plan and organize workflow for the designated campus. Provide technical expertise. Supervise personnel. Maintain regulatory compliance. Perform all functions of Lab Testing. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CLS (preferred) and 2 years of prior supervisory experience. Excellent customer service skills. Licensing Current California CLS license. Sixty‑day grace period is granted to allow the Department processing time. Licensee may practice beyond expiration through end of grace period. Pay Range $54.63 - $84.67 #J-18808-Ljbffr
