- Shift: Mon/Tues 8:00 AM 5:00 PM on-site + night call; Weekends: 6 hours of rounding + on-call until 8:00 AM next day
- Hours/week: Full-time schedule, approximately 40 hours/week

- Licensure: Active California Medical License; BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in psychiatric care for children and adolescents
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $273
- Night Call: $750/night
- In-person Compensation (CB Rate): $300
- Telehealth Compensation (CB Rate): $225
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You'll Do
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care for adolescent patients
- Manage medication plans, including psychopharmacology
- Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families
- Handle challenging behaviors with therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques
- Participate in weekend rounding and provide night on-call coverage
- Oversee patient care, guiding and supervising other healthcare professionals as needed
What You Need
- BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in Psychiatry with CAP fellowship
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children and adolescents
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric principles, medication management, and psychotherapy
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid California medical license and appropriate credentials
