Minimum Requirements Education Master’s degree in Library Science from an American Library Association accredited university or equivalent. Experience Minimum of four (4) years related experience. In this role, you will lead and support library staff, manage daily branch operations and facilities, oversee budgets and resources, coordinate programs and services, and build strong partnerships throughout the community. Preferred/Desirable Qualifications Experience in a municipal or government setting. Staff & facility management Strong leadership skills Strong organizational skills Previous budgetary experience Master's degree in a related field Related experience beyond the minimum requirement may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
