In this role, you'll ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining the integrity of payroll and personnel records.If you enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in accuracy and exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Process bi-weekly payroll for more than 250 employees with accuracy and timelinessEnter payroll changes and maintain accurate employee payroll recordsReview, audit, and correct employee timecardsEnter commissions and other supplemental earnings into the payroll systemUpload, audit, edit, and submit payroll batchesPrepare payroll reports and complete payroll reconciliationsCreate property payroll billing reports for the accounting teamScan, index, and maintain payroll records for electronic storageMaintain payroll forms, personnel records, and employee data within the HRISMonitor wage garnishments and child support ordersProcess employment verification requestsReconcile insurance billing and payroll-related deductionsPerform payroll audits for assigned propertiesRespond to payroll questions from employees and managers with professionalism and excellent customer serviceAssist the Administrative Department with special projects and other duties as neededQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of payroll processing experienceStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsExperience processing payroll for a multi-location or high-volume workforce preferredProficiency with HRIS and payroll systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee informationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize multiple deadlinesBilingual (Spanish) preferredEducation & Experience:Certificate from a college or technical school, andTwo years of related payroll experience, orAn equivalent combination of education and experienceJoin Nevada's largest locally owned property management company, Stout Management Company.
