Behavior Analyst (Pediatric ABA)

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Conduct ABA assessments for children, adolescents, and families. Design data-driven behavior intervention plans. Supervise support staff in implementing intervention strategies. Partner with psychologists, schools, and community providers. Actively involve caregivers in treatment processes. Contribute to individualized treatment plans. Qualifications & Skills BCBA certification. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience in behavior assessment and intervention planning. Ability to work in a hybrid clinical and community-based setting. Key Duties: Providing client-centered ABA assessment and treatment, supervising implementation, and fostering collaborative partnerships to promote meaningful client impact and professional growth in an inclusive environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aura Health
