ABA services in our childcare centers are delivered in a natural environment, with same age peers fostering meaningful progress and skill development for children with autism through real-life, everyday interactions. Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the childcare classroom. Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on. What we are looking for: Seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA for applied behavior analysis services and behavioral support in Athens, GA childcare centers. Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges. Provide training to RBTs and childcare staff. Offer behavioral consultation within partner childcare centers. What You’ll Need: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
