Financial Analyst

Careers with our Clients Through Forvis Mazars Executive Search A well-established financial services organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its team in Oklahoma City Metro. This role will play a key part in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, profitability analysis, treasury support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with leadership to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and scenario planning Analyze financial performance and provide variance reporting Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations Partner with leaders across the organization to support profitability, growth, and cost management initiatives Treasury & Profitability Analysis Support pricing and profitability modeling across the organization Analyze capital, equity positioning, and interest rate risk Provide support for loan pricing activities Assist with Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) reporting and analysis Support month-end and quarter-end close processes Assist with financial statements and regulatory reporting Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure consistency between management and GAAP reporting Support accounting policy documentation and internal control initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, banking finance, treasury, accounting, or a related field Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools CPA or CFA designation preferred but not required Competitive base salary plus incentive opportunity Generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage 401(k) with employer contribution and match Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Wellness programs and employee rewardsCollaborative, team-oriented culture with opportunities for professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Forvis Mazars US Executive Search Practice
