• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow
• Lead front desk staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback
• Ensure accurate and complete patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Collaborate with clinical teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Close cash daily and maintain accurate records of all daily collections

• Strong leadership and decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and scheduling software
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and billing procedures
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative certifications preferred
