Account Manager – Central Territory Location: Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; Albuquerque, New Mexico or El Paso, Texas. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handle other tasks as requested by their manager. Account Manager – Pacific Territory Location: Sacramento, California; Los Angeles, California; Las Vegas, Nevada or Salt Lake City, Utah. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. Accounts Receivable Coordinator The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Aerogen’s North America Finance function by ensuring timely and accurate customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation. This position will maintain strong customer relationships, manage AR processes in accordance with company policies, and contribute to an efficient cash collection cycle. The AR Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support revenue accuracy and operational excellence. The person in this role is responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. This role will provide clinical support to our customers and commercial organization to influence change within accounts. In addition to flexibility and critical thinking skills, incumbent must have the ability to tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination with the overall goal to provide best‑in‑class education programs to support our customer’s needs. Clinical and Sales Specialist, Argentina (Buenos Aires) Location: Argentina The Clinical and Commercial Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving Aerogen’s commercial success in Argentina, with a primary focus on the Buenos Aires region. This position integrates sales activities, clinical support, and strategic planning to strengthen relationships with current customers, identify and develop new business opportunities, and deliver clinical training. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, while also managing and supporting partnerships with distributors. EHS Graduate The EHS Graduate will play a key supporting role within the Environmental, Health & Safety function, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS systems across the organisation. This position will provide direct support to the wider EHS Team, with exposure to multi‑site operations including Dangan, Parkmore and Shannon. The successful candidate will assist in driving EHS compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate EHS standards. Responsibilities will include coordinating EHS administration, supporting risk‑management activities, facilitating training, and contributing to both site‑level and global EHS initiatives. This role offers a strong development pathway, providing the graduate with hands‑on practical experience across manufacturing environments and global EHS frameworks. Global Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager Department: Finance Location: Ireland - Galway On the back of strong and sustained revenue growth, Aerogen are seeking a Global Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead our high‑performing Financial Planning & Analysis team, based in Galway, Ireland. This role will report to the Head of Finance, and partner closely with Senior Business Leaders and other Finance colleagues to strengthen financial discipline, deliver high impact insight, and support strategic decision making across the organisation. Global Reward, Compensation & Benefits Lead Department: People & Organisational Development Location: Ireland - Galway This newly created role will lead the Reward, Compensation & Benefits Centre of Excellence in the People & Organisational Development function. It partners closely with Aerogen Leaders, People Business Partners, People Operations and Talent Acquisition to shape a competitive, equitable and globally consistent reward and benefits strategy that supports our growth, ambition and “We Care” culture. Global Sales Enablement & Excellence Manager The purpose of the role is: Ensure customer‑relevant, high‑impact delivery of Aerogen’s commercial, clinical, and sales messaging across global sales teams and partners. Improve executional consistency in the field through training, KPI alignment, incentive design, and field team support. Lead innovation in sales excellence, integrating new tools, data insights, education modalities, and account strategies to enhance team effectiveness. Benchmark global best practices and embed standards across Aerogen’s regions and leadership teams. Graduate Planner - Systems and Analytics Focus Department: Operations Location: Ireland - Galway/Shannon The Graduate Planner is responsible for supporting production planning and procurement activities to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting in purchasing processes to maintain optimal stock availability. The Graduate Planner will support the planning function with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, ERP/MRP systems, and digital tools. This role is ideal for a graduate with an interest in IT systems, data analysis, and process automation within a supply chain or manufacturing environment. Inside Sales Representative The inside sales representative is responsible for the inside sales and support of Aerogen products within assigned region. Legal Assistant We are seeking a highly ambitious and motivated Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This is a broad role within a busy legal function and an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience across various aspects of the Aerogen business. The role will involve assisting with all aspects of the Aerogen legal team’s day‑to‑day activities. Maintenance Technician – Shift (9 Month FTC) Location: Ireland - Parkmore The Maintenance Technician is responsible for developing and implementing efficient production processes that deliver consistent quality and maximise production volume. The successful candidate will have a strong data‑driven mindset, capable of analysing and troubleshooting existing processes to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise production and meet business goals. Systems Engineer Location: Ireland - Shannon The Systems Engineer will lead multi‑disciplinary project teams delivering manufacturing engineering, engineering systems, & digitalisation projects related to MES, ERP and other systems in manufacturing. Close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including IT, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Engineering and Supply Chain, will be vital to deliver projects successfully. Materials and Technology Development, Section Lead Location: Ireland - Galway The Materials and Technology Development, Section Lead will lead the advancement of next‑generation vibrating core technologies, combining early‑stage product innovation with targeted materials exploration and enabling process development. This role will progress new material options and technology concepts through feasibility within Aerogen’s stage‑gate framework, translating promising platforms into scalable, high‑performance medical device solutions. Medical Science Liaison – South Central Territory The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the field‑based scientific expert on their assigned therapy area, disease area, clinical practice and competitor landscape. You will provide non‑promotional medical support externally to ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices. This role is mainly field‑based and involves significant (up to 60%) national and international travel and reports directly to the Head of Medical Affairs Americas. Direct territory responsibility is the South Central territory. Medical Science Liaison – Southeast Territory The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the field‑based scientific expert on their assigned therapy area, disease area, clinical practice and competitor landscape. You will provide non‑promotional medical support externally to ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices. This role is mainly field‑based and involves significant (up to 60%) national and international travel and reports directly to the Senior Global Medical Affairs Manager. Direct territory responsibility is the southeast territory. Medical Science Liaison – Mid‑Atlantic Region The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the field‑based scientific expert on their assigned therapy area, disease area, clinical practice and competitor landscape. Regional People Operations Lead (EMEA & APAC) Department: People & Organisational Development Location: Ireland - Galway As Regional People Operations Lead (EMEA & APAC) you will play a key role in delivering Aerogen’s People strategy by building scalable People Operations practices across multiple regions. You will work within the People Operations team and partner closely with People Business Partners and Business Leaders to build the Aerogen of the future, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, and improving the employee experience. You will bring strong experience operating across EMEA (required) and ideally APAC, leveraging people data and optimising people operations. Success will involve strengthening global People Operations foundations, embedding robust systems and data practices, and enabling Aerogen to scale effectively across regions. Regional Sales Manager (RSM) The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead a sales team to meet revenue targets within the defined region. The RSM will lead the hiring, development, and management of the team members to implement growth strategies and initiatives. Pulmonary Drug Delivery Research Specialist The person in this role is responsible for testing new concepts in pulmonary drug delivery, with a focus on aerosol generating technologies. The role will also support the execution of projects by delivering high‑quality experimental testing, data analysis, and scientific reporting in line with regulatory and stakeholder requirements. Sr. Business Strategy Manager The Sr. Business Strategy Manager role is a strategic commercial role responsible for Aerogen's American growth strategy identification, revenue acceleration plans, and leadership within the North American Leadership Team. The role will work in close partnership with local and global teams to enable the rapid development of strategies, intelligence, programs, and business objectives that propel our business forward. Senior Buyer Strategic and results‑driven, the Senior Buyer leads high‑stakes supplier negotiations, ensuring optimal value, terms, and long‑term partnerships. Leads the relationship with suppliers, manages supply orders, monitors inventory levels, and participates in project teams to coordinate supplier activities. A key role in procurement, the Senior Buyer has excellent organizational skills, the ability to balance immediate and long‑term priorities, depth in negotiating, and a drive to improve existing processes and systems. Senior Global Corporate Communications Executive Department: Commercial-EMEA Location: Ireland - Galway Aerogen is hiring a Senior Corporate Communications Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping Aerogen’s internal and external communications as we continue to scale. This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership across digital communications, including website content management, social content strategy, campaign delivery, performance metrics and reporting. The role will partner closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, People & OD, Commercial and Operations, supporting integrated communications and ensuring consistent messaging across Aerogen’s global sites. Senior Maintenance Technician The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing engineering support to existing and new processes to meet Quality, Service and Cost Objectives at the Aerogen Shannon Manufacturing facility. Other activities may be assigned by the Engineering Lead and Production Engineering Manager. Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs The Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs will develop and execute submission delivery plans for global regulatory submissions such as IND annual reports, clinical trial applications, orphan drug designations, Biologic License Applications, CE marking and other marketing applications. The role will assist with health authority interactions on CMC topics for global, late‑stage investigational products including INDs, IMPDs, clinical trial applications and marketing applications. The person will serve as the regulatory representative on the clinical trial team and manage all regulatory submissions to maintain approvals for study execution and adverse event reporting. Senior Medical Science Liaison – Japan As a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Japan, you will ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners. You will help shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II (Strategic Regulatory) Department: QA/RA Location: Ireland - Galway Aerogen is Ireland’s largest indigenous Medical Technology company, growing at a rate of 30% per year. It is a market leader in aerosol drug delivery systems and has received numerous Irish MedTech and Respiratory Care Excellence (ARRC) awards since its founding. A regulatory strategy involves bringing new products to market and encompasses the product life cycle, which supports the growth and sustainability of the organisation’s commercial footprint. The importance of defining and executing an appropriate regulatory strategy cannot be underestimated in terms of its value to the organisation. The Senior RA Specialist II will work as part of Aerogen's Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team and will be involved in establishing and executing regulatory strategies for the organisation. The person in this role will be responsible for key aspects of pharmaceutical development of AeroFact. A key role will be the regulatory authoring and creating a robust BLA submission. The role will focus on late stage product development of Aerofact and the biologic / device combination product, inclusive of the data and studies associated with the development or optimisation of analytical methods, product characterization of a lipid‑peptide formulation, aerosol characterization of the combination product, and management of drug substance/drug product stability studies supporting clinical and BLA registration.
