Credit & Refund Specialist - Medical Billing
Astera Cancer Care
OneOncology is seeking an Insurance Credits Specialist to evaluate credit balances, research refunds, and prepare refund requests for approval. You will coordinate across departments to resolve balances and maintain documentation of all actions. Strong billing knowledge and attention to detail are essential for success. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in a related billing capacity, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
