Location: Hamilton and Bradley Counties, TN

Pay: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime Available

About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you'll help deliver high-quality comfort solutions to homeowners throughout our service area. You'll work with a team committed to craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience installing and modifying duct systems
• Ability to fabricate simple sheet metal fittings
• Knowledge of gas piping systems and layouts
• Basic electrical and wiring experience
• Own standard HVAC hand tools
• Ability to guide and train helpers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality work

What You'll Do

• Install residential heating and cooling equipment
• Perform ductwork modifications and installations
• Fabricate basic fittings as needed
• Assist with gas piping and equipment layouts
• Complete electrical connections and system startups
• Train and support installation helpers
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
