Pilates Instructor (Private 1:1) - Part Time

At Vitality Health Center, we believe movement is medicine. We're an integrative wellness clinic blending physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and rehabilitative care and we're looking for a skilled Pilates Instructor to join our team to provide private, one-on-one sessions for patients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or working toward long-term strength and stability. This is not a typical group fitness studio role. You'll work closely with providers and patients in a clinical, collaborative setting where Pilates is used as a therapeutic tool for real outcomes. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 private Pilates sessions tailored to each patient's goals and physical needs Support clients with injury recovery, post-rehab strengthening, mobility, and nervous system regulation Modify programming for chronic pain, post-surgical cases, and special populations Collaborate with chiropractors, PTs, acupuncturists, and massage therapists on care plans Track progress and communicate outcomes with the care team Maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all patients Light equipment upkeep and studio organization Who You Are Passionate about therapeutic, functional movement - not just fitness Comfortable working one-on-one with diverse populations Knowledge of anatomy, injury modification, and rehab principles Warm, encouraging, and confident communicator Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Excited to work inside a collaborative wellness clinic Nice to Have Experience in rehab, physical therapy, or clinical settings Background in yoga, corrective exercise, or functional training Experience with post-surgical or chronic pain clients CPR/First Aid certified Schedule Part-time (15 hours/week) Mix of mornings and afternoons Flexible scheduling based on patient demand What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + private session rates Built-in patient referrals from our clinical team Calm clinic environment in Santa Monica Collaborative, supportive team culture Opportunity to grow with an expanding integrative health center Meaningful work that truly helps people feel better #J-18808-Ljbffr Vitality Health Center
