Location: Delano, MN
Compensation: $23.00-$27.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, Friday 6:00 AM-10:00 AM

In this role, you'll help fabricate quality metal components while working with a team committed to precision and craftsmanship. • Perform TIG welding to assemble fabricated metal parts
• Interpret blueprints, prints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately
• Position and weld components to meet required specifications
• Inspect finished welds for defects and quality standards
• Use measuring tools, calipers, and precision instruments to verify accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with training and supporting other welders as needed

What You Need to Bring to the TIG Welder - 1st Shift Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding certificate from a college or technical school and/or relevant welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to safely use torches, hand tools, and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs continuously, up to 30 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts and perform bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling as needed
