Now let's discuss the nitty-gritty:
- Internship is full-time, 10-12 weeks, paid ($24/hour!)
- Based on-site, location to be determined – company covers accommodations and per diem if job site is more than 75 miles from your home
- Occasional travel and events
As a Quality Intern, you will work closely with our quality team to gain hands-on experience in inspection practices, evaluation of steel components, and documentation of audit findings. If you are self-motivated, detail oriented, eager to learn, responsible, and communicative, you will appreciate playing a role in ensuring Cooper Steel delivers projects to the highest quality standards. You will be tasked with supporting inspections of fabrication and erection, nonconformance tracking, and helping prepare inspection reports.
