Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Rutherfordton, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, including on-call requirements

Job Description: Join a dedicated team focused on providing comprehensive care through teamwork and professionalism in a critical operating room environment. The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to surgical patients in a supportive and well-equipped setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and management of the surgical environment.
• Oversee patient care pre, intra, and post-operatively.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient health throughout the surgical process.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse.
• Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS are required.
• Active RN license valid in the state of North Carolina.
