Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated General Manager in the Colorado Springs area. The ideal General Manager is a service-driven, results-oriented leader who excels at developing teams, driving revenue growth, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a strong community presence while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop team members while establishing clear expectations and accountability
• Drive revenue growth through memberships, events, community partnerships, and exceptional customer experiences
• Oversee all daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and safety compliance
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of General Manager experience in either a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Proven success in a leadership role with responsibility for sales, customer service, and operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve performance goals
• Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, maintenance, and operational metrics
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
