• Deliver dedicated one-on-one therapy aimed at communication enhancements, language development, fluency improvement, voice training, and swallowing rehabilitation.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to forge integrated care approaches.
• Provide educational resources to patients and families to bolster progress beyond the confines of the clinic.
• Support occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to maintain a consistent care trajectory.
• Ensure meticulous and punctual documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational standards.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if ASHA-certified credentials are still pending.

Certifications

• Hold a valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred certification is the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Required to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first 30 days of employment.
