The Warehouse Stock Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Verify receipt of correct stock against purchase orders
• Distribute items to be stocked to aisle coordinators
• Confirm item location and stock levels are correctly booked into Warehouse inventory Management System
• Managed stock in designated warehouse areas by following detailed company process and procedures
• Assist with quarterly physical inventory audit
• Storing items in bins, on racks, on floors, on shelves in warehouse for removal, marking or tagging articles for identification purposes, maintaining records of inventory, filling orders, issuing materials to Q.C. or production areas, and submitting requisitions for replacement stock
• Perform additional duties as assigned (i.e. 5S events, lean manufacturing etc.)

The Preferred Candidate Will Have the Following Skills & Abilities

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, and Word)
• High School Diploma/GED or above
• Minimum of 1 year of stand-up rider forklift operation experience in a manufacturing environment
• Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and attentive to details
• Good communication skills.

Physical Job Requirements

• The person in this position may need to move boxes in the warehouse, and office(s) more than half the time
• This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary (standing and/or seated) position more than half the time
• This position requires the ability to view computer monitors less than half the time
• The person in this position must be able to maneuver (lift, move, carry, slide, etc.) up to 50 lbs.
