Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Director to join our team at Nightingale at Crossett, a premier healthcare facility located in Crossett, Arkansas. As a key member of our leadership team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all aspects of our facility, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our patients, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems

• Develop and implement an effective maintenance schedule to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal facility performance

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective response to maintenance and repair needs

• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement proactive measures to prevent equipment failure

• Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement budget plans and cost-saving initiatives

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
