About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:00-18:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Rehab or Med Surge experience IV experience Description: Inpatient Rehabilitation unit with 19 beds. Staffing ratio of 6:1 depending on patient census. Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters. Night shift has the same staffing structure. Patient ratios of 6:1. Equipment includes mechanical lift, sara steady, Baxter pumps, Kangaroo pumps, and EMR Meditech. The ideal candidate will possess flexibility, kindness, and thoroughness. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role. Wound care and stroke/TBI experience are preferred. Floating areas may include critical care and medical-surgical units. Scrub colors should be plain. Every other weekend commitment is required.
