General Surgeon | Northwestern Illinois | $500,000 - $620,000+

Job Opportunity

• Full time general surgery position with a broad based bread and butter case mix

• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures including abdominal breast and endocrine cases

• Utilize minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques in a modern surgical setting

• Opportunity to incorporate robotic surgery with advanced technology available

• Collaborate with an established team of surgeons and advanced practice providers

• Access to onsite imaging including ultrasound and breast imaging services

• Limited trauma exposure with no bariatric surgery required

• Option to add endoscopic procedures based on surgeon preference

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain

• Strong experience in laparoscopic surgery required

• Robotics experience or interest strongly preferred

• Interest in breast surgery or non cardiac thoracic procedures a plus

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
