Position Overview

RLP Home Builders, a locally owned and operated homebuilding company serving Northwest Arkansas since 2008, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warranty Manager to oversee all homeowner warranty requests, service coordination, and post‐construction quality assurance.

This role is responsible for ensuring every homeowner receives timely, professional, and high‐quality support after closing. The Warranty Manager will manage warranty claims, schedule subcontractors, perform inspections, and uphold RLP’s commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all homeowner warranty requests and service inquiries.
• Evaluate warranty claims to determine coverage, urgency, and appropriate resolution.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to complete warranty work.
• Conduct on‐site inspections to verify issues, assess workmanship, and ensure repairs meet RLP standards.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, communication, scheduling, and completion.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding timelines, expectations, and next steps.
• Ensure all warranty work is completed within required timeframes and to high quality standards.
• Identify recurring issues or trends and report them to construction leadership for process improvement.
• Work closely with construction managers, superintendents, and trade partners to resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage emergency or urgent homeowner concerns when necessary.
• Uphold RLP’s reputation for responsiveness, integrity, and customer care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction, warranty management, homebuilding, or related field.
• Strong understanding of homebuilding systems including framing, mechanicals, electrical, plumbing, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose construction issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform light physical tasks when needed.
