HVAC Installation Crew Leader

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're looking for a dependable HVAC Installation Crew Leader to guide our installation teams and uphold our reputation for exceptional workmanship.
What We Offer

- Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour , based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime opportunities available)
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects
- Ensure all installations are completed to the highest quality and safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Denillo brand professionally on every job
- Train and mentor installers while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
- Install heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and related equipment with pride and precision
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical capability to handle demanding work (lifting up to 70 lbs, working in attics/crawl spaces, climbing ladders, extreme temperatures)
