Position Summary:  A Home Comfort Advisor’s primary duty is to sell the company’s products and services in a regional territory.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• Ability to use Company-furnished technology

• Comfortable working directly with consumers products in their home
• Valid driver’s license

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience retail sales
• Good writing skills

• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Professional appearance
• Excellent customer service skills management skills

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sales

Duties:

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.
• Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer's issues and generate a high rate of referral based sales.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• The Home Solutions Advisor will be required to visually inspect all areas of residential homes, including attic spaces, crawlspaces and exterior structure. This requires the use of step ladders and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• While performing duties of this job the home solutions advisor is exposed to the weather conditions at that time. They may also be exposed to dusty and confining areas of a home for short periods of time. Noise levels in the work environment are usually minimal.

Performance Indicators:
Certain key business indicators will measure the effectiveness of the Home Solutions Advisor. These include the following:

• Frequency of meeting target revenue goals.

• Customer satisfaction level

• % of leads that should be self-generated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends- when required by customer

Education:

• High school or equivalent

• Commute to residential homes located in Northeast Ohio.
