Salary: $233,552 – $304,731 annually

About the Opportunity
This community health system is seeking board certified or board eligible Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians to join a multidisciplinary care team. What You’ll Do
As a Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care services with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and whole-person care:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions through comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic testing
\n
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including prescribing and monitoring medications
\n
• Provide preventive care, screenings, and health education to support long-term wellness
\n
• Establish therapeutic relationships with a diverse patient population, including refugees and underserved communities
\n
• Coordinate care and make referrals to specialty and community resources as needed
\n
• Utilize panel management tools and data to support proactive care and population health initiatives
\n
• Collaborate closely with behavioral health providers and interdisciplinary care teams
\n
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff
\n
• Participate in committees, quality improvement efforts, and community-based initiatives
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record
\n

• Approximately 40% of patients are non-English speaking, with interpreter services widely available

Qualifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
\n
• Completion of at least one year of residency in a primary care setting
\n
• Ability to obtain Oregon medical licensure and credentialing approval
\n
• CPR/BLS certification
\n
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\n
• Experience working in community health or public health settings, preferred
\n
• Commitment to serving underserved populations and advancing health equity, preferred
