We're looking for an Ambassador to join our team at J Club at Jasper, a vibrant community hub serving the residents of Jasper in Prescott Valley. In this role, you'll help create exceptional experiences for residents and guests by providing outstanding customer service, supporting community events and programs, and helping maintain a welcoming environment throughout the club and amenity spaces.

What You'll Do

Create Exceptional Resident Experiences
  • Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a friendly, professional approach
  • Answer questions and provide information about amenities, programs, events, and community resources
  • Assist residents with registrations, reservations, and general requests
  • Conduct amenity and facility tours for prospective residents and guests
Support Community Programs & Events
  • Promote upcoming programs, clubs, classes, and community events
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and support of events and activities
  • Help create engaging experiences that encourage resident participation and connection
Help Maintain Community Standards
  • Monitor amenity spaces, including indoor and outdoor facilities
  • Professionally communicate facility guidelines and community policies
  • Address resident concerns and help resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Submit work orders and follow up on facility-related needs as appropriate
Provide Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist with calendars, bulletin boards, community communications, and data entry
  • Support amenity reservations and private event coordination
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming community spaces throughout the day

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, retail, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with residents, guests, and team members
  • Comfortable addressing questions, concerns, and policy-related conversations professionally
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine passion for serving others
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology systems

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
