 Compensation, Benefits & Perks:

- $33.00-$35.00 an hour
- Up to $4,000a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications:

- 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent 

- Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed. 

- SOLID PLUMBING SKILLS INCLUDING BRAZING

- HVAC EXPERIENCE & EPA CERTIFICATION

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
