Personal Lines Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and service-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our client’s growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service and supportReview and evaluate client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage optionsPrepare and present insurance quotes and renewalsSupport clients through the claims process, providing timely communication and updatesMaintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-upStay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updatesRequirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience in personal lines insuranceActive Texas Property & Casualty Insurance LicenseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCustomer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitudePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldExperience with insurance software or CRM systems (Hawksoft/Ezlynx preferred)Willingness to pursue professional designations such as CISR or CICIf you're looking for a supportive environment where your expertise will be valued, we'd love to hear from you.
