Senior Developer – IBM FileNet

Role Summary: Senior Developer with strong experience in IBM FileNet P8 and full-stack Java development to design, build, and support enterprise-scale content management and workflow solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise across Java, Spring Boot, AngularJS, cloud, integrations, and messaging in complex enterprise environments.

Experience: 7–12 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IBM FileNet P8 solutions including content management, workflows, and integrations
• Implement content ingestion, metadata modeling, document lifecycle management, and workflow automation
• Integrate FileNet solutions with enterprise systems using IBM MQ, REST, and event-driven patterns
• Build full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, AngularJS, and JavaScript
• Develop and expose REST APIs and microservices
• Design and manage data persistence using PostgreSQL
• Deploy, configure, and support applications in AWS cloud environments
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise development standards
